COPIER SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

We help customers succeed by understanding their unique document management needs and delivering systems and services that increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve document workflow. Our award-winning solutions include digital copier/printers (color and black-and-white), fax systems and multi-functional devices, document storage and retrieval systems.

We are currently seeking Field Service Technicians with excellent electronic and mechanical skills to become part of the front-line service team. The job will consist of performing preventive maintenance and repairs on digital copiers, fax machines and printers in a connected environment. We provide tools, training and supervision. After training, you will go to various customer sites and perform service on equipment in their location.

		• Complete required training programs • Promote good customer relations • Perform preventative maintenance at scheduled intervals on digital copiers and fax machines in customer's office • Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance on digital copiers, printers, and facsimile equipment • Clearly communicate with the customer the services performed on their equipment • Assist with setup, delivery, and installation of equipment.
	Candidates require the following qualifications:
		• Mechanical/electrical aptitude and good mechanical skills are a must • Experience with the repair of electronic devices is a definite asset • Computer systems and networking skills only enhances your worth • Reliable transportation, a neat appearance, and good communication skills • Superior customer service skills • A valid driver’s license • A self-starter who is career minded and motivated to advance to higher service technician levels
