How do I place a service call?
Locate the Equipment ID tag on your machine. Typically, this will be in the upper right corner of the front panel of the machine and will look like this:
You can request service two different ways.
1. You can call our direct service line, (610) 696-1290 and speak with one of our Service Coordinators.
2. You can complete and submit the form. Please note that all fields are required.
